The ideal candidate should be an eager learner, unafraid of tasks that they may not initially know how to solve, and comfortable asking for and giving help when needed. We’re looking for a problem solver and a creative thinker, somebody who focuses on delivering value to users and strives to design effortless and engaging user interfaces. The candidate should be a good listener, unafraid to publish your own ideas but also accepting of when to use somebody else’s.
We work collaboratively, so we’re looking for a team player. This allows considerable room for originality and new ideas, giving the candidate opportunities for their ideas to become reality during an exciting period for NTS.
