Founded in 2011, NTS provides curious minds with a home for bold, diverse and discerning music discovery. Today, we’re a global platform and creative ecosystem — broadcasting from around the world and collaborating with some of the most exciting names in music, fashion, and culture.

Full-time · Dalston, London

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Content Producer to join our video team on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract —bringing both high-profile and grassroots projects to life, with a primary focus on vertical content. As Senior Producer, you’ll work cross-departmentally with our unrivalled Music, Marketing and Creative Studio teams ensuring projects run smoothly from conception through to delivery.

Reporting directly to NTS’ Head of Video & Executive Producer, you’ll be a key player in driving projects forward — keeping timelines on track, problem-solving along the way, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard and leveraging your freelance network to secure competitive rates.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative music environment and enjoys being at the centre of the action. If you’re motivated, detail-driven, and excited to collaborate with a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include

  • Traffic management & scheduling of the NTS Video Department, ensuring efficient workflow, clear communication, and timely completion of all deliverables –with a primary focus on vertical content.

  • Lead on the planning, budgeting, and execution of productions, overseeing projects from pre-production through to online delivery. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

  • Provide direct support to NTS’ Head of Video & Executive Producer across all productions and the running of the Video Department to help identify and implement best practices to continuously improve creative output and production efficiency.

  • Maintain clear, organised, and up-to-date production records by developing and maintaining comprehensive documents including timelines, budgets, call sheets, risk assessments, shoot schedules, supplier contracts, and post-production schedules.

  • Track and reconcile production and department expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting –enabling the department to forecast and enforce cost-control measures across multiple projects.

  • Liaise with clients, talent, and external suppliers, managing expectations and ensuring deadlines are met. Whilst maintaining strong, long-term industry relationships and negotiating favourable rates with suppliers and freelancers.

  • Represent NTS on set, delivering exceptional client and talent service while ensuring a professional, positive shoot experience.

  • Coordinate and lead production meetings, ensuring everyone is aligned on deliverables and timelines, including detailed Pre-Production Meetings with talent, clients, and internal / external teams.

  • Oversee travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics as required for shoots - there will be opportunity for you to travel too!

  • Stay informed on the latest developments in video production, content trends, and emerging technologies.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content is innovative, engaging, and aligned with NTS’ brand identity.
