CRM Marketing Manager
The CRM Marketing Manager will be embedded in the NTS Marketing Team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely alongside the wider Marketing and Product teams to implement our CRM strategy, optimising the user lifecycle to accomplish key business goals
Responsibilities include
Develop and execute a CRM strategy to drive listener engagement, merchandise sales, and subscription growth on NTS.
Plan, build, and optimise lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging.
Analyse user data to identify trends, define segments, and opportunities for personalised communication.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and derive actionable insights from results.
Use A/B testing to improve retention, activation, and conversion.
Collaborate with the product team to manage the integration of CRM data with other platforms, including our website, mobile app, and social media channels.
Train and support team members on CRM best practices and tools.
We're looking for someone proactive and analytical: an eager learner who thrives on solving problems and testing new ideas. You’re comfortable working with data, curious about what drives user behavior, and motivated by results.
You’re a clear communicator who can translate insights into action, and you're just as happy crafting a detailed campaign strategy as you are jumping into the tools to make it happen. You're confident sharing your perspective, open to feedback, and keen to learn from others.
As part of a small and growing team, you'll have the freedom to experiment, shape strategy, and make a real impact on how we connect with listeners around the world.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in CRM campaign management, preferably in digital entertainment or subscription-based businesses
Proficient in CRM software, email marketing and marketing automation tools (Braze, iterable, klaviyo, customer.io, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
A test-and-learn mindset and eagerness to iterate based on performance.
Excellent writing & communication skills
Passion for music and what we do at NTS

Copywriting experience desired but not essential
Knowledge of HTML/liquidscript

This is a 12 month full-time fixed term contract based in London
Monday, Friday WFH and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday work in the Dalston HQ
Flexible start time 9am - 5pm / 9:30pm - 5:30pm / 10am - 6pm
23 days holiday/ year + bank holidays
